Breakfast is served every morning in your room from 8:00 to 10:00 and offers croissants or home made cake, jam, yogurt (fruit/plein), chocolate, cornflakes, butter, honey, hot toast, coffee, american coffee, milk, cappuccino, tea, red orange juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, seasonal fresh fruits.

Check out time is from 8:00am to 11:00am - Check in is from 2:00pm to 7:00pm
It is possible to leave your luggage at reception on arrival and departure. The reception is open from 8:00am to 7:00pm   

Please always communicate your arrival time (especially if outside of the estimated opening time) so we will be glad to give you our warm welcome and give you both the room and your personal keys to have your freedom to come and go 24 hours a day as if you were at home...!!

GENERAL CONDITIONS
(Read carefully)

1. Will be considered invalid reservations not guaranteed by credit card or accompanied by a valid deposit or deposit not reported has come down and not sent by email or fax.
2. The deposit will be equal to one night's stay and must be send by bank transfer within 7 days from the time of booking.
3. In case of no-show (non arrival) or late cancellation (late cancellation beyond the limits of cancellation) will be charged the first night.
4. 3 days of notice are the minimum required and agreed to cancel the booking without incurring a penalty.
5. The above provisions shall not be consider valid in the case of "Last Minute" providing for the possibility of booking last minute, in this case it becomes mandatory condition to receive a credit card number to guarantee the reservation, as remain valid the charge of one night's stay in case of no-show
6. The payment of accommodation will be on arrival.
7. Once checked-in in case of reduction of the stay must be paid every night canceled
8. Discounts for children: 0-3 years free, 3-6 50% of adults in the room with their parents over 6 years is charged as an adult.
9. If due to force majeure, the reserved room is not available, we reserve the right to assign other with the same characteristics.
10.CLEANING ROOMS: The room cleaning is done every day. The change of bathroom linen is carried out every 2 days - the bed linen every 4 days and every change of customers - For any extra change there is a surcharge of 10.00 euros.
